75-day challenge
75 Soft Skin Edition
The long game: 75 days of eating for your skin. Glowcast averages your meals each day and tells you if the day passed.
On iPhone: $4.99 a week, $14.99 a month or $69.99 a year, with a 7-day trial on the yearly plan.

the rule:
Keep your daily glow average up, 75 days straight.
Every meal you snap feeds the day's average, so one off meal can be balanced out.

Why 75 days?
The diet trials that helped skin ran about two to three months. 75 days is long enough to give your plate a fair test on your own face.
the nerdy bit
The acne diet trials ran from 8 weeks (Reynolds et al., 2010) through 10 weeks (Kwon et al., 2012) to 12 weeks (Smith et al., 2007), and skin improved in all three. In the 12-week trial, lesion counts fell by 23.5 on a low-glycemic-load diet against 12.0 on a standard one; in the 8-week trial, both diets helped and the study couldn't tell them apart. Colour moves sooner: in a Scottish study of 35 people, changes in how much fruit and veg they ate showed up in their skin colour within six weeks, and about three extra portions a day was enough to look healthier to others (Whitehead et al., 2012). 75 days is a little under 11 weeks, so it covers both.

Quick questions
What if I have a bad day?
A day that misses resets your streak and the challenge keeps going, but the badge needs every day, so a missed day means no badge this time.
Do I need to log every meal?
The day is judged on what you snap, so the more you log, the fairer the day's average.
Can I do it with another challenge?
Yes. You can run two challenges at once, like 75 Soft Skin Edition and Gut Reset.
Food inspo, not medical advice.
